THE BUSINESS DOOR
A business that runs without you
Every operator I meet is doing work a machine should be doing. Answering the same questions, chasing the same follow-ups, posting the same updates, copying the same numbers from one place to another. None of that needs you.
Start smaller than you think: pick the hour you resent most, and automate that one. Then the next. Somewhere along that road the tools stop being tools and start being infrastructure — lead capture talking to follow-up, follow-up talking to the calendar, the calendar talking to you. That's when you own a business instead of a job.
I run my own companies this way, and the productized version of those rails is Real Impact OS. If you'd rather see before you believe, the arena page has the record.
